Step 4: Add the sliced beetroots. Season them with salt and pepper. After that, top them with the remaining cheeses. Sprinkle some rosemary afterward.

Step 5: Off to the oven. Bake until the cheese is melted and the pastry turns to a golden brown. It will take around 30 minutes.

Bell Peppers

Step 1: Get a heavy-bottomed skillet—melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium settings.

Step 2: Add the sliced onions and 1 tbsp of caraway seed. Cook for around 5 minutes until the onions are softened.

Step 3: Now, season it with kosher salt. After that, add the sausages and the bottle of nut brown ale. Bring it to a low boil. Now, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for around 40 minutes. Turn the sausages occasionally.

Step 4: Now, transfer the onions and the broth to a bowl and set aside. Add the sausages back to the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high settings. Brown the sausages evenly on both sides. After that, add the onions and the broth back to the skillet.

Serve on warm buns with coarse and grainy mustard. Enjoy!

Bruschetta

Bruschetta comes from the words Bruscare which mean ‘to toast’ as the grilled bread is soaked in olive oil. This is a great snack item that contains various toppings that include tomato, beans, meat, or even cheese.
