Ingredients We Need: 

1 Lb of Ground Beef

1 Cup of Dried Bread Crumbs

1 ½ Cup of White Onion, Finely Diced 

½ Cup of Low-Fat Milk

1 Large Egg, Beaten

4 Tbsp. of Tomato Ketchup

 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tsp of. of Dried Parsley Leaves

¾ Tsp of Kosher Salt

½ Tsp of. Garlic Powder

¼ Tsp of. Ground Black Pepper

2 Tbsp. of Unsalted Butter

1/3 Cup of Rib Celery, Finely Chopped

1 Cup of Carrot, Finely Chopped

½ Cup of Finely Chopped Green Onion

3 Cloves Garlic, Finely Minced (about 1 Tablespoon)

½ Cup of Tomato Ketchup

2 Tbsp. of Brown Sugar

1 Tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar

Methods of Preparing Mccormack Meatloaf Step by Step:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit with a rack inside.

Step 2: Melt the butter in a pan and cook onion, carrot, parsley, garlic, green onion, celery in medium heat for five minutes. 

Step 3: Cover the pan and cook for another 5-6 minutes to make the carrot soft and stir.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. 

Step 4: Add the Worcestershire sauce and half of the total ketchup and cook another 1-2 minutes. After cooking let them cool.

Step 5: .In a large bowl mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, cooked carrot onion, egg, and other ingredients evenly. 

Step 6: Place the meatloaf mixture in a loaf pan and press to make it compact. Then cover it with the topping of ketchup. 

Step 7: Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. 

Step 8: Then remove the pan from the oven and let sit for 10-15 minutes. 

Step 9: Remove the meatloaf from the loaf pan and cut thick slices to serve. You can refrigerate the leftovers and again heat them before serving.

2 Tsp of Paprika

1 Tsp of Onion Powder

1 Tsp of Garlic Powder

Step 1: Bring out a vacuum seal bag.

Step 2: Combine dried mustard, paprika, onion powder, basil, salt, thyme, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Step 3: Shake and the seasoning mix is prepared.
