Know about the Longhorn Spicy Chicken Bites Ingredients

Longhorn Spicy Chicken Bite is simple enough for little hands to help out but tasty enough to please everyone. You’ll love the taste of spicy chicken baked in your cast iron skillet, and your friends will love that you used a cast iron pan.

Chicken: the main ingredient here is chicken. Take 1/2lb skinless and boneless chicken. You don’t know what skin or bone is in you between your teeth. For that, chicken breast is perfect. Cut them into bite-size pieces.

Flour: Flour gives the chicken pieces crunchiness on top of it. When fried in the oil, the flour makes the crusts on the outer walls of the chicken pieces. You will need 1/4 cup of flour in this recipe.

Egg: The egg works as a blinding agent and binds the flour and other dry ingredients with the chicken pieces. Beat one egg, don’t beat it too much. Just whisk it a bit. And mix a tablespoon of water with it and beat again for a few seconds. Water will help the spices and condiments enter into the chicken pieces.

Salt: Obviously, salt enhances the taste. Use salt as per your taste. I am using one teaspoon of it.

Pepper: Pepper gives you that spiciness in every bite. Have this as per your taste. I am having 1/2 teaspoon of it.

Cayenne pepper: This is a game changer for me, and I love how it adds flavors to my food. So, I am having 1/2 teaspoon of it in my recipe.

Cornmeal: Cornmeal’s used to add that crusty topping to the chicken pieces, and that crust makes the chicken taste even better. Use 1/2 cup of cornmeal in this.
