¼ Cup of Vanilla Flavor Kachava 

a Cup of Water

a Cup of Finely Chopped Strawberries

Optional: 1 Tablespoon of Maple Syrup

Optional: Lemon Zest and/or Fresh Black Pepper-(a Pinch of)

Methods of prepare g step by step: 

Step 1: All we need to do is, put all those ingredients (kachava, water, strawberry) in a blender machine and blend properly. Now, it’s ready to drink. You can either serve the shake immediately or let it rest for 2 hours.

Step 2: Adding the maple syrup depends on one’s taste and on the sweetness of the berries you’re using. If you don’t want to add syrup, taste the mixture before adding the maple syrup. If you need extra sweetness then you can add syrup on the shake you blended

In the case of altering the flavor by using lemon zest or black pepper you’ll be amplifying the natural taste of the berries. All you need to add is a pinch amount.


Kachava  Recipe for Healthy Mango Lassi

3 Scoop of Vanilla-Flavored Kachava 

1 Cup of Diced Mango

a Pinch of Salt

1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice

½ Cup of Cold Water

½ Cup of Plain Yogurt

Methods of Preparing Step by Step: 

Step 1: Blend Kachava, diced mango, water, and yogurt together with help of a blending equipment to get a lovely Mango lassi. 

Step 2: Pour on a glass and add 1 tsp of lemon juice, a pinch of salt. This is optional You can add as your likings.

Kachava Recipe for Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte:

2 Scoops of Vanilla-Flavored Kachava  

½ Cup of Mashed Pumpkin

a Pinch of Ground Nutmeg

a Pinch of Ground Cloves

¼ Tablespoon of Ground Ginger

½ of Ground Cinnamon

1 or 2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup

½ Cup of Plain Non-Dairy Milk

1 Cup of Brewed Coffee

Methods of Preparing Step by Step: 

Step 1: Bring out a blending machine and add 2 scoops of vanilla-flavored Kachava, ½ cup of mashed pumpkin, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, ginger, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, plain non-dairy milk, and brewed coffee.

Step 2: With the help of a blending machine, blend everything together finely to have a nice latte. 

You can serve it Hot, cold, however, you like it!

1 ½ Cup of Icy Cold Water

One Orange

10-15 Blueberries

Methods of Preparing Step by Step: 

Step 1: To blend first add the icy cold water to the machine, 

Step 2: Then add berry and orange and blend properly. 

Step 3: On that mix add kachava powder and blend again to mix well.

Half a Banana

One Granola Bar

Half a Cup of Coconut Milk

Methods of preparing step by step: 

Step 1: Mix all the components (kachava, mango, banana,  granola bar, coconut milk) in a blender over high power.

Add a topping of your favorite fruit like blueberry, pomegrand, etc.on the mixture.

Dates Slices for Garnish

Methods of Preparing Step by Step: 

Step 1: You need to just blend kachava, vanilla powder, coconut oil, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, coca powder, rice milk together and enjoy your chocolate wafers. 

Step 2: Pour on a glass and garnish with date slices. 

It can be crunchy or smooth, depending on how much you blend.
