One egg white

Two tablespoons of milk

Three cups of vegetable oil

Method of Preparing the Fried Corn Balls Step by Step:

Step 1: In a bowl, mix the creamed corn and kernel corn. Mix them well so the kernels are immersed with the creamed corn. These cream corn nuggets will enhance the flavor of the dish. Stir and mix till you see the consistency is sticky yet manageable. 

Step 2: Line a baking sheet with foil, coat with cooking spray. Take spoonfuls of the corn mix on the sheet and freeze. Take them out after a while. 

Step 3: Mix the yellow cornmeal, egg white, salt and pepper, milk together. 

Step 4: Dip the frozen nuggets into the batter. Heat up the oil. 

Step 5: Fry the corn nuggets in the oil. Drain the excess oil from the fried corn balls and serve. 

Note: You can also make baked corn nuggets by baking them in the oven but the taste may differ and the corn may pop. Therefore, it is better to fry these homemade corn nuggets in oil. 

You can freeze the nuggets for some more and keep frozen. This gets you a head start if you are arranging to cook for lots of people or want to cook a lot of snacks. You can simply toss it into the batter when you are ready to fry them and the nuggets are good to go.
