But I couldn’t make it until today for some obvious reason. The best part of these thinly cut beef shoulder steaks are they will never disappoint you. You will be able to enjoy perfect steaks every time you have them.

Also, mention not about the time! Thanks to him or her (I don’t know exactly who the inventor is) for providing us chuck steaks in these perfect cuts. Enough talking, let’s jump to the recipes!  

Chuck Blade Steak Recipe

Enjoying a steak within half an hour is really a blessing. This recipe for thinly cut chuck steak is amazing because you can prepare them in various ways. With this following recipe, you can prepare it in no time. Let’s learn how to cook thin chuck steak

 Ingredients We Need:

18 Oz. (1/2-Inch-Thick) of Top Chuck Blade Steaks (about 4)

1 Tsp of Sea Salt Plus More for Seasoning

1/2 Tsp of Freshly Ground Black Pepper Plus More for Seasoning

3 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter

1 Tbsp of Olive Oil

3 Tbsp of Finely Chopped Fresh Chives

2 Tbsp of Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley

½ Cup of Shallot, Finely Chopped

1/2 Cup of Dry White Wine

Methods of Preparing Beef Shoulder Steak Step by Step:

Step 1: Place the steaks on a flat surface and pat them dry. Sprinkle sea salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides. 

Step 2: Take out a heavy-bottomed skillet and heat 1 tbsp of butter along with 1 tbsp of olive oil over moderately high heat. 

Step 3: Place the steaks gently and saute the steaks for 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare cooking. 

Step 4: Now, transfer the steaks to a plate using tongs. In order to keep them warm, cover loosely with foil. 

Step 5: Reduce the heat and add 2 tbsp of remaining butter to the skillet. 

Step 6: Add ½ cup of shallot and stir until tender. This won’t take more than 2 minutes. 

Step 7: Pour ½ cup of white wine and meat juice (if any, on the plate). Reduce the temperature to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes or until the wine reduces by half. 

Step 8: Stir in 2 tbsp of parsley and season with 1 tsp of sea salt and ½ tsp of freshly ground black pepper.

Serve the prepared steak with the sauce, pour over the sauce actually. The mouth-watering flavour of this boneless shoulder steak will make a perfect weekend dinner for everyone. 

Recipe for Lemon Garlic Chuck Blade Steak:

This lemon garlic chuck blade steak is called no-time steak. Within 10 minutes, you can make it, besides it is so delicious and tangy! The expense is worth eating! For lazy cooks, this is a perfect meal.

When I don’t feel like cooking something heavy, but want to enjoy it to the fullest, I always prepare this.

But there is a problem, you don’t get thin cut chuck steak every time. This is the saddest part of enjoying thin beef chuck steak recipes. Anyways, let’s proceed. 

Ingredients We Need: 

4 1/2-Inch-Thick Top Chuck Blade Steaks

1 Tsp of Sea Salt

1/2 Tsp of Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp of Paprika (Optional)

1 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter

1 Tbsp of Olive Oil

4-5 Garlic Cloves, 2 Diced and 3 Whole

2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice and 1 Extra Lemon

Methods of Preparing Lemon Garlic Chuck Steak Step by Step:

Step 1: With a kitchen towel, pat the steak dry. Season the steak on both sides with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, finely diced garlic, and 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Finely coat and set the steak aside. 

Step 2: In a cast-iron skillet, pour 1 tbsp of butter, 1 tbsp of olive oil, and 3 whole garlic cloves. 

Step 3: Turn on the heat on moderately high heat, but not smoking. Saute the garlic clove for 1 minute until fragrant. 

Step 4: Place the steak in the skillet and let cook for 3 minutes each side for medium-rare, and 4-5 minutes for well steak

Step 5: Squeeze the lemon juice from the extra lemon over the steak right before transferring to the serving plate. 

The steak is done! Using tongs, transfer the steak and serve warm 

Heat 1 tbsp butter, olive oil and garlic in a 12-inch heavy skillet over moderately high heat until hot but not smoking, Add steaks then saute 2-3 minutes per side for medium.

Squeeze more lemon juice on the steak right before removing from heat.

Transfer steaks with tongs to a plate and serve warm.
