¾ Cups Chopped Macadamia Nuts (You Can Use Raw or Roasted that You like both Are Good to Use)

1 ¼ Cup Almond Meal

¾ Cup Coconut Palm Sugar

1 Cup Gluten-Free, Organic Oats

Everyday Chocolate (70 Percent Cocoa)

¼ Cup Monk Fruit

1 Large Organic Free-Range Egg

1 Tablespoon Himalayan Salt

1 Cup Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)

1 Tablespoon Baking Soda

1 Tablespoon Gluten-Free Baking Powder

½ Tablespoon Almond Extract

1 Tablespoon Organic Vanilla Extract

How to Make Royal Coconut Cookies?

Step 1: Ensure the arrangement of all the ingredients as required quantities to ensure the same taste as I tried.  Place all the ingredients in an organized form to find them easily when required. Also, wear gloves for safety purposes.

Step 2:  Once you have done the above job, move to preheat the oven, make sure you have heated the oven to 350 degrees F. It is good if you have a convection oven for that recipe, but no worry, you can use other ovens too.

Step 3: Line up the baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper; both are good to use, and set the sheet aside for later use.

Step 4: Next, take a small bowl and add almond meal, baking powder, salt, and baking soda; mix the entire ingredient well but without breaking any clumps of almond meal.

Step 5: Take a mixing bowl and add monk fruit, coconut oil, and coconut palm sugar, and cream all ingredients well.

Step 6: Next to that, add vanilla, almond extract, and egg mix them well until combined well.

Step 7: Now add almond meal mixture and beat them gently until you see it becomes smooth.

Step 8: Once you have done all this, now add all the remaining ingredients with you, like chocolate, oats, and coconut, and mix them in good form.

Step 9: If you see the dough is too gooey, cover it with plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 10: Take out the dough from the refrigerator, form it into 1- inch diameter balls, and then arrange it 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake it for at least 12 minutes or until you see it nicely browned.

Step 11: Take out the cookies from the oven and place them in a rack for 5 minutes before serving. Your tasty cookies are ready to serve.

Conclusion:

Hope’s royale cookie calories is only 120 and this is a lovely recipe to try that. This recipe is not rich in taste but also a good diet for fat and sugary people. If you are a diabetic patient, everyone loves to eat that tasty and crunchy meal.
