How to Cook a Turkey in an Oil less Fryer Step by Step
Step 1: First, clean the turkey meat for cooking; start with removing giblets and neck bone from the turkey’s cavity.
You may find the giblet pack trucked under the skin by the neck; once you have removed it, pat the whole turkey to dry.
Step 2: Now, take butter slices and tuck the slices between turkey skin and breasts. Then season the whole turkey with pepper and salt. You can season according to your taste.
Step 3: Lightly oil the basket to protect the turkey from sticking with the basket bottom. After that, place the turkey in the basket, but make sure you place turkey legs down.
Step 4: You will need to insert the thermometer into the turkey to get the best infrared fryer recipe. You can easily monitor the temperature for cooking the turkey to avoid damaging or overcooking.

How to Cook Turkey Deep Fry Charbroil Greaseless Fryer Recipe?
Step 1: Remove plastic ties or pop-ups from turkey. Prepare the injection marinade whisk together the liquid smoke, maple syrup, kosher salt, and hot water until kosher salt properly dissolves. Place in ice cubes to cool, and then inject the mixture into the turkey from several places.
Step 2: Place turkey in a large pan and keep its breast side up. Please place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to 24 hours. Take it out on the cooking counter one hour before cooking.
Step 3: Now lightly apply the cooking oil on the turkey surface and the bottom and sides of the basket to avoid sticking. Insert turkey in the basket and wait for the heating up of the cooker.
Step 4: Place basket in the oil less fryer and cook it for 9 to 10 minutes for each pound. But in the last 15 minutes of cooking, cover the whole turkey with a wire mesh lid and allow it to brown. Now take the turkey out of the cooker.
Step 5: While your turkey is cooking, make gravy in the large saucepan. Make remaining oil hot, and then add in the turkey gizzards and neck. When one side becomes brown, then flip. Also, add onion, garlic cloves and keep it cooking until onions become soft.
Pour it in the stock and add bay leaves, fresh them and boil it for 30 minutes. But make sure you have 1 or 2 cups of turkey stock with you.
Step 6: Add butter in the saucepan over medium heat; add flour and whisk it for 5to 8 minutes when bubbling. Pour it in the turkey stock and whisk it to combine.
Step 7: Now season it with gravy and freshly ground black pepper. Combine 1 tablespoon cornstarch and ¼ cup water and stir it to make it slurry. Pour it in the gravy and whisk until it becomes thick.
Step 8: Removing turkey from the dripping pan, use the larger pan to remove the oil or fat from the turkey. Now place it in serving dish for serving.
