Ingredients We Need for Beer and Butter Injection:

  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 can of beer
  • 2 tbsp of Kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp of Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 tsp of onion powder
  • ½ tsp of cayenne pepper
  • 15 pound of Turkey (completely thawed) 

How to Make Deep Fried Turkey Marinade Beer Step by Step:

Step 1: Bring out a saucepan, and add 1 cup of melted butter at first. Put the heat on over medium-low flame. 

Step 2: Then pour ½ can of beer, and 2 tbsp of Kosher salt. Stir continuously until the salt completely dissolves into the beer. 

Step 3: Now one by one add 2 tbsp of tabasco, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of garlic powder, 2 tsp of onion powder, 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, and ½ tsp of cayenne pepper into the beer. In low flame, stir them until the sauce thickens but runny. Don’t boil them anyways. 

Step 4: After 8 minutes to 10 minutes, when the sauce is done, remove from heat. But don’t let it cool. 

Step 5: Now fill a cooking injector with the warm sauce (not too hot), and inject the turkey in breast, legs, thighs, and many spots. At least, inject in 20 spots keeping distance. 

Step 6: Drizzle some of the sauce over the skin of turkey. It helps to get the turkey fine color on the upper part. 

Step 7: Grease a roasting pan with a non-stick cooking spray. Place the turkey in the prepared roasting pan. 

Step 8: Bake the turkey at 325 degrees F for at least 4 hours or until the turkey is completely cooked. 

Step 9: To check this out whether the tourkey is cooked or not, insert an instant-read meat thermometer into the breast part whether the temperature is 165 or not. 

When done, remove from oven and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serve right way with soup, rice, tortillas, and may more side dishes.
