One and a half cups of hot water

Three tablespoons of butter

Two and one-fourth cups of flour

One and a half cups of sugar

One and a half teaspoons of baking soda

One and a half teaspoons of salt

Two eggs

One and a half teaspoons of vanilla extract

Method of Preparing the Dromedary Date Nut Bread Step by Step:

Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the dates, water, and butter in a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes. Make sure it does not get soggy. 

Step 2: In a separate large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, walnuts, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the eggs, vanilla, and date mixture.
