I have always had the desire to prepare the olive garden peach sangria recipe. After long research, I was able to detect the exact amount of olive garden peach sangria mix. How to Make Peach Sangria from Olive Garden:

The Olive Garden is a casual dining chain that has been specialized in Italian and American mix cuisine. However, the peach sangria from the olive garden has always been well-demanded. Many of you have been asking for this recipe on social media accounts. So, I have decided to share the copycat recipe for olive garden peach sangria with you foodies.

  • Dry white wine about 1 bottle (750 ml)
  • 3/4 cup of peach schnapps
  •  1/8 cup of white sugar
  • Pitted and sliced white peaches about 1 pound

Step 1: At first, place the peaches on the cutting board.

Step 2: Cut 1 pound of peaches into wedges and keep the wedges into a bowl.

Step 3: Now press the 1/8 cup of white sugar into the wedges of the peaches.

Step 4: Drain the 3/4 cup of peach schnapps and 750 ml of dry white wine into the bowl, over the pressed peaches.

Step 5: Now cover the peach hooch mixture with a lid and let the hooch sit for at least 30 minutes. Personally, I let it sit for 1 hour. Let the peaches and booze get to know each other and mingle.

Step 6: After all that, it is time to take a sangria pitcher to go for the next step.

Step 7: After 1 hour or 30 minutes or less whatsoever the time you want, pour the peaches hooch mixture into that sangria pitcher.

Step 8: Place the sangria pitcher in the fridge and let it chill for 12 hours at least.

Step 9: After 12 hours, your olive garden peach sangria mix is ready to enjoy.

With this amount, you can serve about 4 guests. For more, do the procedure again. It’s very simple and I don’t have to tell you about its taste.

Olive Garden White Sangria Recipe:

There are various ways of preparing peach sangria. You can add fruits to extend its flavor. This is another recipe to make peach sangria with extra texture.

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • ¾ cup of peach liqueur
  • Soda about 250 ml
  • 1 bottle of white wine (750 ml)
  • 1 pound of yellow peaches
  • ½ cup of water
  • Chilled Ginger Ale
  • Mint for garnish
  • Raspberry about 5/6 pieces.

Step 1: Wash and peel the yellow peaches. I recommend using ripe peaches because they are sweeter with a strong flavor.

Step 2: With a knife, slice the peaches into wages.

Step 3: in a regular size glass bowl, place the peaches and sprinkle sugar into the bowl for pressing into the wages.

Step 4: Bring a saucepan and add water to it.

Step 5: Now add the remaining sugar into the saucepan and start boiling the water.

Step 6: Remove the saucepan from heat when the sugar is completely melted into water. This plain syrup enhances sugary texture.

Step 7: Pour the syrup in a bowl and let it cool at room temperature.

Step 8: Take a beverage pitcher and pour the white wine, peach liqueur, soda, and syrup into the pitcher and mix them together.

Step 9: Now add the sliced peaches and raspberry into the pitcher and let it sit for 2 hours into a freezer. You can keep it overnight into the freezer so that it completely releases the flavor.

Step 10: Before serving add ginger ale for sparkling flavor. This is optional. I add this in my peach sangria.

Enjoy your drink at your favorite wine glass. When I feel hungry, I simply make some fried chicken and French fries to have with peach sangria.
