Chicken drummettes or wings 3 pounds
Garlic salt 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder ¼ teaspoon
White pepper ½ teaspoon
Flour 2 cups
Canola oil 1 quart

Step 1: First of all, clean the chicken with fresh water and dry it carefully.
