Ingredients that You Will Need Are:

Two cups of milk

Two packages of yeast

Two teaspoons of salt

Two eggs

Eight cups of flour

One cup of brown sugar

One cup of powdered sugar

One cup of cinnamon powder

Half a cup of warm water

Half a cup of margarine

Method of Preparing the Miller and Paine Rolls Step by Step:

Step 1: In a small bowl, activate the yeast by mixing it with warm water. Make sure the water is not too hot or the yeast will have trouble activating.

Step 2: In a big bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sugar, and margarine. Beat the eggs first. Then add in the milk sugar and margarine. Make sure the liquids incorporate well. Add the yeast mix and stir. 

Step 3: Now, gradually start adding the flour to the wet mixture and stir well to form a good dough. Flour your workstation lightly and knead the dough for a couple of minutes. Cover the dough with kitchen towels and set it aside. Let it rise for 30-35 minutes. 

Step 4: Check after 30-35 minutes to see if the dough has risen and is ready. Divide the dough equally into 24 thin strip-like sections. Now, roll each of the sections up. The rolls have to be in jelly-like twist rolls. Cover the rolls with kitchen towels and let them rise a bit more. It should rise up to the bulk size you want. 

Step 5: Ready 3 baking pans, line them with baking sheets. Melt the margarine and mix with brown sugar. Cover the bottoms of the rolls with melted margarine and brown sugar. You can either brush or dip slightly. Place the rolls on the baking sheets. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted margarine. Set the oven to preheating at 400˚F.

Step 6: Sprinkle powdered sugar and cinnamon powder on the rolls.  Bake for 20 minutes. When they are done, take them out of the oven and let them cool on the cooling rack. Sprinkle more powdered sugar and cinnamon powder. Serve with vanilla ice cream if you want a sweet dessert. You can serve with the runza chili dish too if that is what you prefer. 

Note: the cinnamon rolls can be refrigerated to preserve after baking for up to three days, including the day of the baking. It tastes fresh up to that timeline. After that, it may feel soggy to taste.
