But I enjoyed my journey with the support of you guys. I could not able to recreate or practice all these recipes if I didn’t get all these inspirations. So, let’s bang on the recipes with amazing cooking journeys.

Guy Fieri Hot-Dog Recipe:

Okay! I’m starting with the guy fieri hot dog coney sauce. The special sauce can melt your heart as well as provides you the mouth-watering taste forever. After discovering the ingredients, I was really really shocked! All the ingredients are available in my kitchen and I felt so stupid not to try them to prepare this sauce before. With these simple ingredients, Guy Fieri has prepared his heaven like sauce recipe. With this much less effort I able to prepare my “boy weiners” with the special sauce. I’m not mentioning the taste, cause when you will try this recipe, you will understand all by yourself. And, you will find the difference like the crystal clear.

Ingredients We Need:

I have listed the number of ingredients for 5 servings. You can simply increase or lessen the amount as per your need.

  • 2 pounds of beef, finely ground
  • 2 tsp of chili powder
  • 2 tsp of dry mustard
  • 1 tsp of allspice (a mixture of cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg)
  • 1/2 tsp of onion salt.
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp of celery salt.
  • 1/4 tsp of ginger root, fresh and minced
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp of soy sauce
  • 11/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil

Directions for Preparing Coney Sauce:

Step 1: Over medium-high heat, pour the vegetable oil, and place the finely ground beef. You can use the food processor or blender to ground the beef finely. Cook the beef until it gets evenly brown color. Now you need to drain so that there is not any extra moisture or oil left.

Step 2: On that pan, mix all the ingredients over a simmering point. You must not add any water as the sauces and ketchup are in enough amount to cook the rest spices. Don’t skip any type of seasoned salt. Cause the hidden flavor comes from this Coney sauce because of the various type of seasoned salts.

Step 3: Place the drained beef again and combine it with a spice sauce mixture. Sauté the mixture for at least 1 hour in low heat. Stir them time to time making sure they don’t get overcooked or burnt. When the sauce reaches your desired consistency, remove from heat, and transfer in a bowl.

The best taste releases when the sauce is hot and you are having all the flavor from it. Quickly prepare your hot dog placing the sauce into it. Your hot dogs will reach on another level that you can throw a hot dog party through this item. All credits go to the special coney sauce though, making your regular hot dogs so special. Also, you can store the sauce in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Recipe 2:

Here is my personal easy recipe, mostly based on the special sauce but slightly different. Here I have written the complete procedure of preparing wieners step by step for them who haven’t prepared sausage before. I have listed all the necessary ingredients for 2 servings mostly.

Ingredients We Need:

  • 4 tablespoons of margarine or butter
  • 3 small size yellow onions.
  • 2 tablespoons of chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon of curry
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 10 hot dogs
  • 10 hot dog buns
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard

How to make Wieners With Coney Sauce Step By Step:

Step 1: To make wieners you need to bring out a medium-sized pan. Then add 4 tablespoons of margarine or butter for melting over medium heat. Make sure that the margarine doesn’t burn or turn brown. Also, add minced onions and cook them until they are translucent. Don’t overcook or make the onions brown.

Step 2: Reducing the heat to low, add the ground beef and stir for 2 minutes, or when the pinkish color of beef is gone.

Step 3: Then quickly add 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 2 tablespoons of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of curry, 1 teaspoon of dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder in the half-cooked beef. With a spatula mix the spices with ground beef well.

Step 4: Cooking the spices and beef for 5 minutes over low heat, pour 1/4 cup of water. Covering the pan with a lid, you need to cook the beef for 30 minutes. The aroma of the ground beef surely makes your mouth watery.

Step 5: Now in another saucepan, pour the water like half-filled. Sprinkle some salt into the water. Turning the heat on high, bring the water to the boiling point and place the hot dogs for boiling.

Step 6: Then steam the buns before adding your hot dogs and Coney sauce (beef-spice mixture).

Step 7: By this time your beef mixture should be done (30 minutes). Cut your hot dog buns in 2/3 portion (if needed) then add sausage. Add the Coney sauce in your hot Weiner. If you like, top with minced onions, yellow mustard, and celery salt (just a sprinkle, not much).

Within just 30 minutes, you can prepare your hot dog wiener. This is the tastiest among the hot dog wiener recipes. Then as topping you can thoroughly add some cheese or fresh parsley as per your taste and desire

Conclusion:

The idea of beef sauce mixed has come from Rhode Island hot dog, now vastly popular worldwide. Among all the variations of hot dogs and wieners, these two versions of sauce seem best to me. In my second complete recipe, I have used water instead of ketchup and soy sauce. If you are consuming it on an almost regular basis, you prepare the sauce with water and it takes also less time. Whichever you want to try it. I would suggest you to try both recipes to explore the hot dog sauce.
