- ¾ cup vegetable stock

- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Take a medium-size saucepan and place the dried chile in it. Add water and cover them.

4.Take 1 cup of water from the pot and put it on a blender.
