Ingredients:

2 tbsp of lemon juice

1-lb of chopped boneless chicken

2-3 large artichokes

½ cups of olive oil

3 cloves of minced garlic

1 cup of dry white wine (any choice)

2-3 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley

1-package of Fettuccine

½ cups of parmesan cheese (any choice)

½ tsp of salt and pepper to taste

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

At first, cook the pasta in boiling water. Place the pasta from the package in a saucepan filled with water. Then start to boil the water over high heat and sprinkle salt on top. When the pasta gets soft and cooked, drain the water and set the pasta aside to cool down.

Step 2:

After that, it is time to make the saucy gravy for the pasta con Carciofi. Take lime juice in a mixing bowl and add some water to tame the sour taste. Peel the artichokes and cut them in round shapes by eliminating the side flowers.

Then place the remaining middle buds of the artichokes in the lime water and stir for a couple of minutes. When the artichokes get mixed water and lime juice, set the bowl aside. Then in a saucepan, pour olive oil and start to heat. release the minced garlic and sauté to brown them.
