Eggs 2, Nicely Beaten

Garlic 2 Cloves of Minced.

Ginger Grated a 1-Inch Piece

Green Onions 2 Pieces, Thinly Sliced)

Cooked White Rice 4 Cups, a Day Old or Freshly Made.

Cooked Salmon in Large Chunks 2 Cups of Canned Pink Salmon.

Frozen Peas 1 Cup

Cilantro (or Parsley) for Garnish

How To Cook Salmon Fried Rice?

Step 1: Take a bowl and add brown sugar and soy sauce to that. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Then keep it aside.

Step 2: Put a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the onions and bell peppers to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes or until browned.

Step 3: Then, bring the heat to be medium, and then add the garlic and ginger. Stir them and let cook for a further minute. 

Step 4: Now add the beaten eggs and keep stirring until it is just cooked. Pour the cooked rice inside, raise the heat to medium-high, cook for more minutes, and keep stirring.

Step 5: It’s time to add the green onions, salmon, and peas. Try to stir carefully with the salmon. Add the soy sauce to the mixture and stir it with the base properly. Remove the pan from heat and garnish it with cilantro.

Cilantro, Nicely Chopped ¼ Cup

Wiri Wiri Pepper 1 Piece Nicely Chopped, Ribs and Seeds Removed

How To Cook Sautéed Canned Salmon

Step 1: Take oil to a pan or a skillet at high heat.

Step 2: while oil will reach the desired temperature pour, green onions, tomato, garlic, parsley, cilantro, and wiri wiri pepper. Now sauté the mixture until the ingredients get softer.

Step 3: This is time to add the drained salmon, pinch of cayenne pepper, salt, coconut aminos, and ginger.

Step 4: Do sauté on high flame, add the lime juice to the mixture and mix nicely.

Step 5: Again, sauté for more 2 to 5 minutes and stir very often to give it a nice cook.

Step 6: Now, put the pan out of the heat and start to serve.
