Step 2: Also, bring out a stand mixer. In its bowl, add 1 cup of lukewarm water.

Step 3: Now, add 1 tbsp of yeast and ¼ cup of granulated sugar. With a fork or spoon mix them finely.

Step 4: Wait 20 minutes or more to allow the yeast-sugar mixture to rise and look foamy.

Step 12: When the dough is done, gently punch down the dough and shape the dough into rectangle size.

Step 13: Now, with a butter knife, divide the dough into 24 equal little doughs. Each of them should be 1 ounce.

Step 14: using hands, pinch the corner of the dough. Shape into balls by enduring to roll the edges.

Step 15: Prepare a 9” baking pan by greasing with butter. Place the shaped rolls there and cover with plastic wrap.

Step 16: Again, allow the rolls to rise until they become doubled in size. It will take about 1 hour.

Step 17: Set the oven for preheating at the temperature of 375 degrees F.

Step 18: After 30 minutes of rising, brush the rolls with the remaining melted butter. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of flaked sea salt and 2 tbsp of diced parsley.

Step 19: Again, cover the rolls with plastic wrap and let them rise until the tops of the placed rolls are the same as the height of the baking pan.

Step 20: Remove the plastic wrap from the pan and place the baking dish in the oven for 15 minutes to 18 minutes or until they turn into light golden brown in color.
