Often says, pizza is everything about its crust. To make the crust perfectly, whichever recipe you are following, just prepare the dough ball a day before making the pizza. Also, I have seen many of you asked how to reheat little caesars pizza in the oven. I have clarified that too. Now, let’s go for the recipe. 

Little Caesars Pizza Dough Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/4 cups of warm water (9.7 ounce)
  • 3 tsp of dry active yeast
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp. of Aster honey
  • 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp of Kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of bread flour or all purpose flour (8 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour (optional, can use 100% bread flour or all purpose flour) (8 oz.)

How to Make Little Caesars Pizza Step by Step:

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, mix 1 ¼ cups of warm water and 3 tsp of dry active yeast. Let the yeast to proof for 5 minutes to 7 minutes. 

Step 2: Mix it up with 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of Aster honey, and 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. 

Step 3: Then, in another small bowl, sieve 1 cup of bread flour with 2 tsp of Kosher salt. 

Step 4: In order to get a nice dough, continue mixing the remaining ½ cup of flour, kneading finely. Knead until the dough is soft and your hands come out clean. It will be needed approximately 10 minutes or more. 

Step 5: When done, lightly coat the bowl with olive oil, and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Step 6: Before three hours of baking, remove the dough from the refrigerator, and divide the dough in half. You’ll get two 12’’ pizza with it. 

Step 7: Shape then into tennis balls, and set aside to come back at room temperature.  It usually takes 3 hours. 

Step 8: When its 45 minutes left, preheat the oven at the temperature of 475 degrees F. 

Step 9: After 45 minutes, shape the dough in your desired thickness, sprinkling pizza peel. 

Step 10: Upside down the baking sheet with 1 ½ cup of whole white flour. 

Step 11: Placing the pizza crust on the top, add your desired toppings. 

Step 12: Slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone, then bake for 10 minutes or until golden and fragrant.

Serve and enjoy this little ceasers deep dish with your family members. About the reheating process, you need to cover the remaining pizza, then cover it up, then put it in the microwave. See! It’s pretty easy.
