1cup Jumbo Crab Meat

How to Cook Stuffed Lobster Tails 

Step 1: Cook lobster tails in boiling salted water. When it becomes pink and tender, take the tails out of the water. 

Step 2: Now drain the lobster tails. Using a knife pulls the edges of the split lobster shells apart. Now, gently lift the tail meat from the shells. And dice them 

Step 3: Wash the shells and set them aside. 

Step 4: Brush each portion of tail meat with five tablespoons of butter

Step 5: Add light cream, lemon juice, cracker crumbs, salt, jumbo crab meat, lemon zest, minced garlic clove, chopped fresh parsley leaves, seafood seasoning, cayenne, flour, lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, paprika to the tail meat. 

Step 6: Lightly mix them until thoroughly combined.

Step 7: Now to make crab-stuffed lobster tails, stuff the mixture onto each lobster tail using a spoon. Press the spoon lightly when shaping the stuffing because there is a chance of stuffed meat falling off.

Step 8: preheat the oven for about 15 minutes to 425 degrees F ( 220 degrees C)  

Step 9: After preheating, bake the lobster tails in the oven. When the stuffing is opaque and golden on top, that’s for about 10-15 minutes. Check the internal temperature of the crab meat; the temperature should ideally be 145 degrees F.

Step 10: Lastly, brush the top with melted butter and serve hot.
