Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe:

Well, this recipe is my favorite for the most-simple usage. When I prepared first from Splenda recipes, I didn’t know about the brown sugar part. So, every time I prepare, it got ruined. I was so disappointed but then one of my neighbors suggested me to use brown sugar of Splenda.

After using that, my cookie dough gets perfect. My father loves this recipe so much as it reminds him of the old-days cookies from his childhood. I have provided a written recipe with all the necessary tips. I hope, you can successfully make your favorite Splenda chocolate chips cookies. 

Ingredients we Need: 

  • 2 cups of gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of Splenda granular
  • 1/2 cup of Splenda brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs (2, if large)
  • 12 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Preparing Chocolate Chip Cookies with Splenda Step by Step:

Step 1: Set the oven for preheating at the temperature of 375 degrees F. 

Step 2: Bring out a small bowl and add 2 cups of gluten-free flours, 1 tsp of baking soda, and 1 tsp of salt. Stir them all to combine finely. 

Step 3: Take a large bowl and add 1 cup of melted butter, 1/2 cup of Splenda granular, 1/2 cup of Splenda brown sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Mix the ingredients all well with an electric mixer until they are well blended. It may take about 8 to 10 minutes. 

Step 4: Now add one egg to the mixture and beat finely until the color becomes very light yellow. 

Step 5: Repeat the process with 2 other eggs, scraping the sides of the bowl when done finally. 

Step 6: With a mesh strainer, strain the dry ingredients (flour mixture) into the batter. Beat finely until the batter is completely smooth and well-blended. 

Step 7: Add the semi-sweet chocolate morsels into the batter and mix it with a spoon. 

Step 8: Take a cookie sheet and spoon rounded cookie dough onto it. 

Step 9: Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until browned. 

When done, remove from the oven using the hand gloves and let it cool on a wire rack. All cookies of splenda recipes can be stored up to 2 weeks in airtight jar or container. 

Raspberry Sparkle Drop Cookies Recipe by Splenda: 

From Splenda cookie recipies, this raspberry cookie tastes so delicious that you can attend a cookie contest through it. If it’s a sugar-free cookie contest, then lucky you, you might win a prize. Preparing this is pretty easy, you need to just follow the directions step by step. When I successfully prepared it, my family members went crazy over them and one of my cousins has learned it too. So. don’t waste your time, learn, and start making cookies. 

Ingredients we Need: 

  • 1/4 cup of shortening
  • 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/3 cup of Splenda sugar blend
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of sugar-free raspberry gelatin

Directions Step by Step:

Step 1: Start by preheating the oven at a temperature of 350 degrees F. 

Step 2: Take a large bowl and add 1/4 cup of shortening, 1/4 cup of butter or margarine, and 1/3 cup of Splenda sugar blend. Beat them all finely using an electric hand mixer. 

Step 3: Now, in that bowl, beat the egg finely for 5 to 7 minutes until the raw color of the egg is completely gone. 

Step 4: Pour 1 tsp of vanilla extract and beat into the mixture. 

Step 5: Then strain the gluten-free flour into the bowl, gradually mixing. 

Step 6: Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of baking soda and beat finely. 

Step 7: Prepare the cookie sheet spraying with non-stick cooking spray. 

Step 8: Shape into 1-inch balls with a rounded spoon then dip the tops in sugar-free raspberry gelatin. Arrange them on the prepared cookie sheet. 

Step 9: Place the cookie sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges of cookies are golden brown. 

Remove from oven and let stand to cool in wire racks. Let me share a funny experience. When my cousin was learning the process from me, after done, she got very excited. She tried to remove it instantly and got her fingers slightly burned.

But still, the aroma of cookies made her eat the hot cookie right then. Anyways, if you don’t eat whole cookies at a time, then store it in an airtight container.
