Step 1:

Take the turtle and separate the shell and body. Then clean the blood and other unnecessary organs leaving the liver. Then take the cleaned turtle into a large bowl fill with water and start boiling it under high heat.

Step 2:

After 3-4 minutes of proper boiling, the bacteria, bad smell, and taste will be removed. Then drain the water and peel the black thin shell covering skin and cut the turtle meats into small pieces and set aside after washing the cut meat.

Step 3:

Take the chicken meat and cut into slices to marinate with oil and ginger paste. Then in a frying pan, pour in olive oil and heat in medium-high flame. Then add in the sliced chicken and turtle meat in the pan to get a medium fried and tender meat.

  • 2 cans of tomato and tomato paste
  • 1 tsp of salt, cayenne, chili powder, pepper, sugar to taste

  • 1 medium-sized peeled and chopped potato

Step 1:

In a large bowl, take the cut turtle meat and fill with water. Then bring the mixture to a boil under medium-high heat for 5 minutes. After removing heat and draining water, peel the skin and set them aside for cooling.

In a large bowl, pour in cooking oil under high heat and add in the flour to stir for a couple of minutes. Then add in the onions, garlic, and tomato cans in the bowl. While stirring the mixture, add in the prepared meat and cook for 15 minutes.
