Eight Large Eggs

Half a Cup of Milk

Two Pounds of Chopped Bacon

One Cup of Finely Chopped Onions

Two Tablespoons of Chopped Canned Mild Green Chilies

Three Cored and Finely Diced Plum Tomatoes

Kosher Salt, to Taste

Freshly-Ground Black Pepper, to Taste

Three Cups of Shredded Mixed Cheese (Cheddar and Monetary Jack)

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large mixing bowl until well combined, then season with a generous pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Remove from the equation.
