For all the pizza lovers, Monical’s pizza is another name of heaven. Their super thin crust with all simple but crispy tang melts anyone’s heart for each bite. Guess what! Today, I’m here with Copycat Monical’s pizza recipe. I’m getting very excited sharing this recipe with you guys, cause I had to do a lot of work to have this and lastly I got my reward. With Monical’s pizza dough ingredients and technique, anyone can prepare perfectly crispy pizza every time without any fail. 

Monicals Pizza Crust Recipe

The main focus of today’s recipe is the pizza dough. So, whenever you make a thin pizza, do follow this recipe. Also, as topping special monicals dressing is added. But you need to be really patient to prepare for this. I think you can literally make it anytime as you can mix the dough ingredients and keep them in the refrigerator. Let’s check the recipe out.

Ingredients we need

  • 4 ½ cup of all-purpose flour 
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil 
  • ½ tsp of salt 
  • yeast
  • 1 tsp of sugar 

Toppings

  • Basil
  • Garlic salt
  • Mozzarella
  • Oregano
  • Pepperoni (other toppings of your choice) 

Instructions: 

Day 1: Today is just our mixing day

Step 1: Take out a mixing bowl and add 4 ½ cup of all-purpose flour, ½ tsp of salt, 1 tsp of sugar, 3 tbsp of olive oil, ½ tsp of yeast and 2 cups of water. 

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients using ½ tsp of hands or with a wooden spoon. But in the very last phase, you need to knead.

Step 3: Now, place the dough in that medium size bowl and let it ferment for 1-2 days.

Day 3: Well, after 2 days, I’m back making the pizza. 

Step 1: Remove the dough from the fridge 2 hours before baking. 

Step 2: Divide the dough into 4 equal portions for making 12 inch from each. 

Step 3: Preheat the oven on the highest (mine 450 degrees F). 

Step 4: Using hands, shape the pizza dough like a small serving plate. 

Step 5: Using a rolling pin, roll the dough up to the thinnest crust. 

Step 6: Over the pizza peel, sprinkle breadcrumbs generously. 

Step 7: Transfer the thinnest crust dough form to the prepared pizza peel. 

Step 8: Using a fork, pierce the top of the dough in order to prevent the bubbles from rising. 

Step 9: Lightly spread monicals pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese with your desired toppings to your pizza.

Step 10: Complete the most wanted pizza by sprinkling basil, oregano and garlic salt. 

Step 11: Place the pizza in the highly preheated oven, and bake for 6 minutes or whenever your pizza has reached the desired crispiness. 

When done, remove from the oven, let cool in the wire rack, slice, serve and enjoy!
