Ingredients we need: 

To be honest with you, you need to hustle a bit in arranging several types of ingredients for preparing the dish. Some of them are a bit uncommon among us. So, to make sure you don’t get confused, we have categorized the list of ingredients below.

For the special tomato sauce: 

  • Avocado oil about 4 tbsp.
  • Roma tomatoes about 6. If you are using regular tomatoes then the amount should be 8/9.
  • Canned crushed tomatoes about 2 or 28 ounces.
  • Garlic cloves about 3
  • Yellow onion about 1/2

For Chicken’s breading: 

  • Grated Parmesan cheese about 4 ounces
  • Finely chopped parsley about 1 tbsp.
  • Chopped fresh oregano about 1 tbsp.
  • Japanese Panko breadcrumbs about 2 cup
  • Paprika about 2 tsp.
  • Eggs about 3
  • All-purpose flour about 1cup

  •  4 large chicken breasts
  • Avocado oil or grapeseed about 1/3 cup
  • Fresh Mozzarella balls about 14 ounces.

  • Mozzarella cheese, sliced.
  • Parmesan cheese, sliced about 1/2 cup
  • Fresh basil. You can use parsley instead.

Directions: 

Firstly, let’s make the tomato sauce. This tomato sauce is an essential item for Gordon Ramsay chicken parm.

Step 1: Wash and chop the Roma tomatoes, garlic cloves, and yellow onion in a cutting board and keep aside.

Step 2: Take a medium-sized saucepan and pour 4 tbsp. of avocado oil.

Step 6: In a cutting board, horizontally cut the chicken breasts into halves.

Preparing the Chicken:

Step 1: You need to season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Step 2: After sometimes, pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

Step 3: Now coat the chicken with seasoned flour at first. Then, drain into the egg, lastly into the breadcrumbs mixture.

Step 4: Now wrap the chicken breasts loosely with plastic cover.

Step 5: With a rolling pin, flatten them evenly so that they can be cooked well.

Step 10: When the oil is hot, place the cheese sticks into the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes. The outer part of the mozzarella sticks looks crispy brown and the inner part is juicy. Don’t over fry the sticks. It may burn then.
