- A pinch of salt
- White sugar 1& ⅓ cup
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
- Flour 1 & ¼ cup
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Baking powder 1 tsp

- Dried Cranberries 1 cup
- Chocolate 1 cup( white)
Step 1: Take an 8×8″ cake tray, grease it with butter and then cover it with baking papers.
Step 2: Start your oven and pre-heat to 350° F.
Step 3: Take a saucepan, put it on the stove and melt the butter nicely.
Step 4: While the butter is melted, pour sugar and salt into the butter and stir carefully.
Step 5: Now add vanilla extract into the mixture and stir; while done, remove the pan from the stove.
Step 6: Pour the mixture into a large bowl, add two eggs and stir.
Step 7: Now, it’s time to add all the dry ingredients. Take baking powder, baking soda, flour and pour into the mixture.
Step 8: Remember to pan off the flour to get smooth batter and gradually add the flour, so no lumps come up. Stir until it turns into a smooth batter and slowly comes out of the whisk.
Step 9: When the mixture will cool down, add white chocolate and dry cranberries and mix it with the batter.
Step 10: Spread the batter evenly onto the tray and give a tap to set the batter in the tray nicely.
Step 11: Now, bake the cake for almost 35 to 40 minutes. If you want your blondie to be a little soft and gooey from the inside, then bake it for just 35 minutes; otherwise, wait for 40 minutes for it to be cooked properly.
Step 12: While it’s done, take the tray out, let it cool down for 10 minutes and then slice into pieces. Now your blondie is ready to serve.
