Not only that, but she has also created some special side dishes, and those are very healthy, and tasty as well. I didn’t know about the recipes either. One day I was searching for healthy cookies. So, I have found out this Candace Cameron Bure cookies recipe.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cherry Cookies Recipe:

This oatmeal Choco-chips cherry cookie tastes so buttery that you will fall in love with it immediately. The flavorful texture of cherries and chocolate chips have made a delicious flavor. While preparing cookies, you are prohibited to over bake them. I have written the exact time of baking in the following recipes. When it’s time to remove from the oven,

you may think that your cookies are not baked enough. Don’t get confused with the look, your cookies are perfectly baked, just they need some chilling time. If you don’t follow this “not-over-bake” trick, then your cookies will not taste as you have expected. So, let’s prepare this easy cookie with this special recipe.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, separated egg white
  • 11/2 cup of normal oatmeal
  • 1 cup of Trader Joe’s dried pitted tart cherries
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1: Set the oven for preheating to 375 degrees F.

Step 2: In a small bowl, take the whole wheat flour, 1 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of salt. Mix the dry ingredients well using a whisk. 

Step 3: Take a large mixing bowl, and add the melted butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Beat them all with an electric hand mixer for 10-15 minutes or until creamy. 

Step 4: Then add egg white to the creamy mixture, and beat finely until fluffy. 

Step 5: Add some flour mixture and beat thoroughly. Repeat adding the flour mixture in 3/4 stages. 

Step 6: Add the 11/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of cherries, and 1 cup of chocolate chips in the mixture to the mixture, and whisk for a few minutes

Step 7: Take a baking sheet. Drop the cookie mixture by a rounded tablespoon. You should have 30 pieces of cookies with the amount.

Step 8: Place the baking sheet to the preheated oven. Bake them for 20 minutes. By this time, you will notice a nice fragrant of cookies, and they turn into light brown colors and fluffy. 

Removing from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes. Prepare it within just 1 hour and enjoy these amazing cookies. You can also store it to an air-tight container up to 7 days or more. 

Candace Cameron Bure Chopped Salad Recipe: 

As we already know, cooking is Candace Bure’s other passion, her recipes really inspire me to have healthy items. I have really enjoyed this zesty zoodle salad with this recipe. So, without wasting time, jump to the recipe. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of Spiraled Zucchini 
  • 8 pieces of asparagus, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomato, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1 cup of carrots, minced
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp of sea salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped basil
  • 2 tsp. of marinara sauce

Directions:

Step 1: Firstly, spiralize the zucchini into asparagus pieces.

Step 2: Take a large frying pan, adding oil over medium-high heat. 

Step 3: Add zucchini with salt and pepper, as per taste, or use the given amount. 

Step 4: Cook the zucchini for 5 minutes or until firm to tooth-bite. 

Step 5: Remove from heat. Transfer to a glass bowl and set aside. 

Step 6: Bring out a separated pan to add the chopped asparagus. Sauté for 2 minutes. 

Step 7: After that gradually add the 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, 1/2 cup of peas, and 1 cup of minced carrots in the semi-cooked asparagus. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 8: Now pour the lemon juice. Mix with the vegetables. 

Step 9: Sprinkle the spices like salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss in the vegetables finely. 

Step 10: Cover the frying pan, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Set the mixed vegetables aside and let the mixture cool at room temperature. 

Step 11: In a large glass bowl, toss vegetables and spiralized zucchini together. 

Step 12: Add 2 tsp. of marinara sauce to the mixture. Then as toppings add the chopped green onion, and chopped basil. 

Candace Cameron Bure Salsa Recipe: 

To give a zesty flavor to your food, I have shared Bure’s special salsa with only 3 ingredients. Enjoy this easy salsa with no time. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of tomato, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. of cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp of ground black pepper 

Directions:

Step 1: In a glass bowl, pour the chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup of red onion, chopped cilantro. Mix the ingredients. 

Step 2: Sprinkle some kosher salt and black pepper in the vegetable mixture. 

Step 3: Add the mixture to the blender, and blend until they are super smooth like a puree. 

The special salsa is ready. Use it over taco, noodles, nachos, etc. to increase the taste.
