Ingredients 

All-purpose flour 3 cups

Baking powder 1 tsp

Sugar 1 and ⅓ cups

Salt 2 tsp

Dark corn syrup ¼ cup

Pecan halves ½ pounds

Nutmeg 1 tsp

Orange juice 1 cup

Eggs 4

Mixed candied fruits 1 pound

Cinnamon 2 tsp

Raisins 2 cups

Pitted date 1 package

Salad oil 1 cup

Procedure 

Step 1: Grease 9×5×3 inches 2 aluminium foil loaf pans. 

Step 2: Set your oven to 275 degrees.

Step 3: Except nuts and fruits, take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix them until they get smooth. 

Step 4: Now add nuts and fruits into the mixture.

Step 5: Insert the pans inside the oven and bake for at least 1 and ½ or 2 hours or until the toothpick comes out clean when you insert it into the cake.

Step 6: You can even use aluminium foil paper to prevent getting extra brown.

Step 7: Now take it out and cover it with plastic wrap or aluminium until cool down.
