How to Prepare Viking Stew Step by Step:

Step 1: Bring out a Dutch oven, and add 2 tbsp of butter over low heat. Brown the butter; it will take 2 minutes or 3 minutes.

Step 2: Add the curry powder, and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3: Add paprika powder along with ½ cup of chopped onion in the Dutch oven keep stirring until tender.

Step 4: After that, add 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour, stirring thoroughly until crumble.

Step 5: Pour 2 cups of warm whole milk, and swirl with a whisk or spatula until the sauce gets thicken.

Step 6: Tote up 2 tbsp of tomato paste, crushed garlic, 1 cup of heavy cream, salt to taste, and pepper to taste. Mix all these ingredients well like completely combined. Cook until the sauce warm; not to boil. Turn off the heat.

Step 7: Bring in a frying pan, and add butter again to brown. Quickly add the tenderloin strips and cook it until no longer pink.  You are not supposed to overcook.

Step 8:  Add together the browned meat to the warm sauce, and let them sit in a bowl for about 25 minutes to fuse the flavor.

Step 9: Don’t let the sauce let cool, so you can put the bowl over a flat iron surface (tawaa) over very low heat.

Step 10: In fine, stir the anglo saxons food in the whiskey.

Transfer the special Viking stew to a low bottomed serving bowl, and serve.
