  • Three tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise
  • One tablespoon of chopped nuts of your choice (cashew nuts recommended)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Method of Preparing the Chicken Salad Step by Step

Step 1: Drain the chicken from the can and wash with clean water.
