2 Hearts Romaine Lettuce

2 Ears Fresh Corn, Kernels Cut from Cob

½ Cup Green Beans, Trimmed and Cut in 2-Inch Lengths

1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

1 Cucumber, Seeded and Chopped

¼ Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Chives

Sea Salt as Desired

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 Avocado, Cut into Chunks

6 Slices Bacon, Crisp-Cooked and Chopped

Step 1

Making Salad Dressing:

Mash up garlic cloves with salt and make into a fine paste. Squeeze lemon juice in it. Stir créme fraiche in it. Mix with ground black pepper. Keep it for 10 to 15 minutes in the fridge. Add more salt at your taste. Keep in the fridge for one hour to develop right flavor in it. 

Step 2

Chop lettuce into bite-size pieces. Boil corns and beans for three minutes in mildly salted boiling water.

Step 3

Toss all ingredients in a big salad bowl except the lettuce. Season with salt, pepper, and half the chives. Pour two or three spoons full of dressing and mix mildly.

Step 4

Mix lettuce to the bowl now. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and most of the remaining chives. Pour some more dressing. Toss them scooping out from the bottom adding more dressing to coat well.
