  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp of baking powder

How to Make Ruby Tuesday Biscuits Step by Step:

Step 1: Take a large bowl, and fluff up together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 3 tsp of baking powder, 1 tsp of sea salt, and ½ tsp garlic powder.

Step 2: Add 1/3 cup of cubed butter. Take out a pastry cutter or a fork and cut butter into flour until they are completely coarse, pea-sized.

Step 3: When finely done, oil, grated cheddar cheese and the milk. Stir till well combined and holds together.

Step 4: Preheat the oven at the temperature of 400 degrees F. 

Step 5: Now, it’s time to add milk. Make sure that you are adding a bit milk at a time, kneading until the dough is clean cheat and moisture, and there is no raw flour is seen.

Step 6: Now take an un-greased cookie sheet, and drop almost ¼ cup of the dough, using a scoop. 

Step 7: Place the cookie sheet into the preheated oven, and bake for 15 to 17 minutes. 

Step 8: By this time, take a small bowl, and cooking brush. In that bowl, add 3 tbsp of melted butter with ½ tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of parsley. 

Step 9: After 15 minutes or 17 minutes, remove the biscuits from oven and brush the butter garlic mixture over the tops of all biscuits. 

Serve the biscuits warm, and have a flavorful late night snack or evening snack.
