Rachael ray steak pizzaiola recipe:

Another signature recipe of Rachael Ray is the steak pizzaiola recipe. The juicy texture and winy flavor make the dish heavenly amazing. The steak pizzaiola Rachael ray takes only one hour to prepare. So, within just 1 hour, you can enjoy this flavorful dish with just a little effort. I’m jumping to this special recipe without wasting any time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds of porterhouse or rib-eye steak
  • Extra virgin olive oil about 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic cloves about 4
  • Red pepper flakes about 1 tsp.
  • Sliced mushrooms about 12 pieces
  • Shallot about 1, small size
  • Kosher salt 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
  • 1/3 stick of pepperoni
  • Green bell pepper about 1 stick
  • 1 can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup of dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup of grated cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh oregano leaves

Directions:

Step 1: You need to prepare the ingredients at first. In the cutting board, mince the garlic cloves finely. Then chop the shallot, green bell pepper.

Step 2: Now, season the steak evenly with salt, black pepper, and white pepper. You need to season the steak well to get your steak tender enough.

Step 3: In a large nonstick skillet, pour 2 tablespoons of EVOO and turn the heat over medium-high heat. When the oil is warm enough, add the minced garlic, 1 tsp of red pepper flakes, sliced mushrooms, chopped shallot, chopped green bell pepper, and pepperoni into the skillet. Cook them all over medium-low heat. I like to cook always turning the heat low because there will be no chance of burning any ingredient.

Step 4: When the bell pepper and shallots are tender, pour 1/2 cup of dry red wine. Tossing the ingredients into dry red wine, cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 5: Now pour 1 can of crushed tomatoes, 2 tbsp. of fresh oregano leaves, and cook them for 5 minutes. To adjust the taste season with salt and black pepper. Turn off the stove.

Step 6: Well, let’s go for the steak. In a frying pan, spread extra virgin olive oil with a cooking brush. Place the seasoned rib-eye steak into the frying pan and cook over medium heat. Brown each side of the steak finely. You can feel the odor of the steak, so amazing! The moisture comes from the steak, providing a juicy look. this steak browning process doesn’t require more than 3 minutes.

Step 7: Transfer the cooked steak into the vegetable mixture. Reducing the heat into a simmer, cover the nonstick skillet with a lid. Cook the steak for 15 minutes. When done, remove the skillet from heat and transfer into a serving bowl.

Your homemade Rachael ray style steak pizzaiola is ready. Sprinkle the grated cheese as topping and serve. Well, I never heard anyone who doesn’t love steak pizzaiola and when it comes to a copycat of Rachael ray, obviously this is better than any recipes. Don’t miss preparing this must-try item.
