  • Cooked rice
  • Prepped and cleaned crawfish, two pounds or almost a kilogram of weight
  • Two chopped white onions
  • One chopped green bell pepper

  • Two medium sized whole cans of tomato puree
  • Half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper

  • A quarter cup of chopped parsley

  • Salt according to taste
  • Vegetable or olive oil

Method of Preparing the Piccadilly Crawfish Etouffee Recipe Step by Step:

Step 1: Preheat the oil of your choice, Add the flour and mix to make the crawfish etouffee roux. Cook till the flour is not raw anymore.

Step 2: Mix in the white and green onions, garlic powder, and chopped peppers.  Stir and sauté until they are soft.
