1 Cup Frozen Tender Soybeans

4 Cloves of Garlic, Milled

30 Ounces Canned Kidney Beans, Drained and Washed under Water

2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth, Low Fat and Low Sodium One

6 Ounces Grated Cheese, Low Fat Pepper Jack One (if Desired)

Method of preparing Homemade Panera Bread Chicken Chili Step by Step:

Step 1:

Grill your chicken breasts and pull them using a fork. Keep them ready for later use. You can substitute chicken thighs or breasts with ground turkey too.

Step 2:

Take a big heavy pot. Heat the pot on low to medium flame. Pour olive oil and put chopped onion just after the oil turns hot. Turn the onion light brown.

Put the minced garlic. Put the chopped green bell pepper. Stir well. Cook until the veggies are soft.

Step 3:
