Eight eggs

One teaspoon of cream of tartar

For the icing:

One cup of butter

One tablespoon of instant coffee

One tablespoon of cocoa powder

One cup of chilled whipping cream

One cup of powdered sugar

Method of Preparing Mocha Cake Mix Step by Step:

The cake:

Step 1: In the mixer bowl, pour the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, one cup of sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and instant coffee. 

Step 2: Pour the oil and water in and start mixing with the electric mixer. The speed should be medium-low. Keep mixing this goldilocks recipe for about 3 minutes.

Step 3: Separate the egg yolks and whites. Add the egg yolks into the cake batter mix gradually. When all the eggs are in, the blend should be really smooth.
