- One whole stick of butter which is measured around four ounces or around 115 grams
- Four tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- Two cups of milk
- One teaspoon of paprika
- One teaspoon of chili powder
- Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
- One teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- One teaspoon of cumin seeds
- One teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
- One tablespoon of tomato ketchup
- A small dash of salt
- One pound or around 460 grams of shredded cheese (preferably American Cheddar Cheese)
- Half a teaspoon of brown sugar
Method of Preparing the Mexico Chiquito Cheese Dip Step by Step:
Step 1: Wash and prepare a saucepan in which you will cook the Mexico chiquito cheese dip.
Step 2: Start the stove and out the heat on medium and let the saucepan heat up a little.
Step 3: Let the whole stick of butter melt in the saucepan.

Step 10: Serve with tortilla chips or nacho chips.
