4 Croissants, Buns, or Bread
4 Lettuce Leaves
1 Cup of Grapes, Cut in Halves
1/4 Cup of Celery, Finely Diced
1/4 Cup of Finely Diced Red Onion
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
Kosher Salt to Taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to Taste
½ Cup of Chopped Fresh Chives for Garnish

Step 1: Take out a large mixing bowl. Add ¼ cup of celery, ¼ cup of red onion, and ½ cup of mayo. Combine them finely with a spatula.
Step 2: Place the leftover chicken in the chopping board and using a sharp knife cube the chicken fine.
Step 3: Then add 2 cups of cubed chicken and 2 cups of prepared grape in the large bowl.
Step 4: Mix properly and as per taste season with kosher salt and black pepper.
