Step 1:

Take the biggest bowl you have. Mix all marinade spices with oil, oyster sauce and soy sauce.

Step 2:

Now throw all the chicken in the marinade mix and toss well to coat the pieces thoroughly. Check whether any chicken left uncoated. Toss again.

Keep aside in the refrigerator with a cling wrap on. Marinade 1 to 12 hours inside the fridge for better results.

Step 3:

Take the chicken out before 15 to 20 minutes of preparation time. Give it a rest for more time if not come to the normal room temperature. 

Step 4:

Heat up a big and heavy bottom frying pan just before cooking. Keep over medium high heat. Pour enough cooking oil just to coat the pan and not more than that.

Step 5:

Put the chicken keeping the skin side down on the hot pan. You can put lot of pieces at a time as they will lose fat and get smaller in size soon. Let them cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 6:

To bring crisp in the sins, keep the chicken as they are on the pan. Turn the sides after they stay more than 18 minutes on each side. The internal temperature will be not less than 165 degree.

Step 2:

Wash and dry up your chicken wings with a paper towel. Poke with fork or cut slant lines on the wings that the spices can get inside the wings faster. If the spices get absorbed thoroughly, the chicken will become tastier.

Step 3:

Rub the marinade over each piece and wait for one hour or overnight. The longer it remains in the mix the better it gets the spice in the meat.

Step 4:

Line them on a lightly greased non sticky foil paper already set on a baking tray. Grill or broil for no more than 20 minutes. Keep the oven at 360 degree. Check whether they got cooked evenly.

If you want to do these wings in an air fryer use it at 360 degree F and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Flip the sides at least for single time.  Check if cooked properly.
