Step 1: Cauliflower heads should be riced and cooked in a heavy-bottomed pot with a tablespoon of butter. Once the riced cauliflower is cooked and tender, season it immediately and stir well. Set it aside.

Step 2: In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and a tablespoon of butter. Fry the pork mince and chopped spring onions. To prevent the pork from forming into unwanted large lumps, keep mixing and breaking it up.

Add the garlic to the pan once it has been chopped thoroughly. Season the pork with adequate amount of salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried oregano, and chili flakes.

Step 3: Sauté the bell peppers and spinach until the spinach has softened. Mix in the cooked cauliflower rice until everything is well combined.

Give it another thorough stir with the cheese, heavy cream, parsley, and spring onions, make sure the ingredients all mix and incorporate well with each other.

Three Sliced Jalapenos,

Half a Cup of Chopped Cilantro

One Head of Lettuce

Method of Preparing the Spicy Ground Pork Step by Step:

Step 1: Add oil to a medium-sized skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the minced ginger and garlic to the heated oil and cook for a few seconds. Add the ground pork to the mix.

Brown the meat well, breaking up remaining clumps. You may want to keep some crispy bits, but mostly you want the pork to be cooked thoroughly.

Step 2: Chop the green onions and cilantro while the meat cooks. In a mixing dish, combine all of the ingredients and put aside.
