Among them today, I’m going to share with you the Jaime deen chili recipe. Chili is a spicy and popular dish among us and there are a lot of recipes you will find on the internet. Award Winning Chili Recipe:

Ingredients We Need:
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 large red onion, minced
- 1 medium-sized bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium-sized yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 8 ounces of Italian sausage, remove the casing before using.
- 1/4 cup of chili powder
- 1 tbsp. of ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. of dried oregano
- 4 oz. of can tomato paste
- 12 oz. of bottle beer
- 42+14 oz. of canned diced tomatoes
- 15 oz. of canned black beans
- 15 oz. of canned kidney beans
- 15 oz. of canned pinto beans
For Toppings:
- Sour cream
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese shredded
- Olives
- Tortilla chips
- Chopped fresh parsley.
How to Prepare Jamie Deen Chili Step By Step:
Step 1: First of all, you need to bring a saucepan, and add 2 tbsp. of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Step 2: When the olive oil is hot, add minced red onions, chopped bell pepper, chopped yellow bell pepper. Giving the vegetables a good stir, sauté for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender.
Step 3: After that, add chopped garlic cloves. Continue stirring for less than a couple of minutes. A nice odor of garlic will reach to your next-door neighbor for sure.
Step 4: Now in that vegetable mixture, simply add the whole amount of lean ground beef and Italian sausage. Break the crystal up with a spatula or for best result, wooden spoon. Cover the saucepan with a lid and continue cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5: By this time, you need to drain and rinse the black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans using a colander.
Step 6: After 10 minutes, you need to drain the beef-sausage mixture, and put them back to the saucepan.
Step 7: Again, sprinkle 1/4 cup of chili powder, 1 tbsp. of ground cumin, 1 tbsp. of dried oregano. Stir the ingredients and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 8: The aroma that comes from the beef-sausage mixture is completely amazing, and you can fill the spicy smell from chili powder as well. Pour 4 oz. of can tomato paste into your beef-sausage mixture. The toasting flavor added because of tomato paste in chili, is really amazing.
Step 9: Now pour 1 bottle of beer and give it a good stir. Keep an eye on the mixture that it doesn’t cling to the bottom of the pan.
Step 10: Bringing the temperature to a simmer, pour the diced fresh tomatoes, and 4 types of drained beans that you have prepared earlier.
Step 11: Now cover the saucepan with a lid, and wait for 4 hours in the low temperature to get your beef and sausage chili with beer. With a spatula or wooden spoon, stir occasionally.
After 2 hours, when the chili is ready, serve it over rice. As for the topping, you can add any of the items listed above. Here is your free choice. I have added olive and tortilla chips once, the flavor was amazing.
Dutch Oven Chili Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. of lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
- 2 tbsp. of chili powder
- 1/4 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of kosher salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 2 cups of salsa
- 3 cups of stewed tomatoes
- 16 oz. of dark kidney beans
- 16 oz. of light kidney beans
For Garnish:
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
- Green onions, sliced
Directions:
Step 1: Place the Dutch
Step 2: Now add the lean ground beef; crumble and stir. When the beef is fully done crumbling, reduce the heat on medium-low.
Step 3: Splatter the chopped onions and bell peppers in the beef. Sauté and continue stirring for 15 minutes. By this time, you will notice that the beef is already browned, and the vegetables are translucent.
Step 4: Removing from heat, drain all the renderings off that have over-moisture your beef-vegetable mixture.
