For deviled egg yolks:

Eight eggs

Two tablespoons of Buffalo Bleu Dip & Dressing

Two tablespoons of mayonnaise

One teaspoon of Dijon mustard

One and a half teaspoon of freshly chopped celery

One tablespoon of chopped parsley

Salt, to taste

For fried eggs:

vegetable oil for frying

1/3 of a cup of bread crumbs

One tablespoon of Buffalo wing sauce

Two eggs

One tablespoon of heavy cream

1/3rd of a cup of all-purpose flour

Method of Preparing the Deep Fried Deviled Eggs:

Step 1: Hard boil the eggs. After they are done, Peel the shells. Slice the eggs in half. Take the yolks out into a bowl.

Step 2: Add the buffalo bleu dip and dressing, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, chopped parsley to the yolks.

Step 3: Mix them well into a smooth yolk-dough. Set aside.

Fried eggs:

Step 1: In a bowl, mix the bread crumbs and seasoning.  In another bowl, mix the cream and eggs and whisk together.  Take the flour in another bowl.

Step 2: Dip the egg whites into first the flour then the eggs and cream bowl. Lastly, in the breadcrumbs and seasoning bowl.

Step 3: Pour oil in a pan and heat it up on medium. Fry the batter dipped eggs in the oil. The outer layer will turn golden brown, that’s when you take it out of the oil and drain excess oil.

Step 4: Place the fried eggs on serving plate and scoop the yolk mixture and place on the fried eggs. 

Step 5: Sprinkle celery and parsley on the eggs. Serve and enjoy.
