Methods of Preparing Step by Step:
In a large frying bowl take all white chocolates and melt with little water under a medium-high flame. Then whisk properly to dilute it fully.
Then pour the melted white chocolates into a sugar syrup greased cake pan. Align the melted chocolate layer on the bottom of the pan which will be the outer layer of the bonbon cake. Then chill the pan for 20-25 minutes.
In a large bowl, take all the cream cheese and with a food mixer mix it with sugar to bring in the goodness of sweet texture. After mixing sugar, add in heavy cream to get the creamy tang and mix again properly with mixer and divide among three bowls to get three different layers.
