Aunt Jemima’s pancake mix and other breakfast items are some of the best I had for breakfast till now. Their pancake mix combines all the necessary dry ingredients to ensure that you got lesser work to do in the kitchen. They often provide recipes as well.

I tried some of their recipes and modified them on the way. It turned out really good. So, today I’m going to share some of the aunt jemima recipes that I’ve worked on a bit. I hope you will enjoy it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix
  • 24 oz Aunt Jemima Pancake Syrup
  • 1+1/2 cups of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 mashed bananas + 1 sliced banana
  • walnuts
  • 24 oz Aunt Jemima pancake syrup
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp of caster sugar

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

Get a large skillet. Heat it over medium settings.

Step 2:

Take a large mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of pancake mix, 2 eggs, 1 and a half cups of milk, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and 2 mashed bananas. Mix them well. Don’t have to super smooth, and aunt jemima frozen pancake batter is prepared.

Step 3:

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter on the skillet. Wait till the batter begins to bubble and getting popped. Use a spatula and flip it.

Cook until the pancake is golden brown on each side. Don’t overdo. Remove from the heat with the spatula and set aside on a plate.

Step 4:

Now, let’s come to the whipped cream. Get a small bowl. Add 1 cup of heavy cream and 2 tbsp of caster sugar.

Whip it till the cream is thickened, and the peaks start to foam around.

Step 5:

Come back to the pancakes. Top it with walnuts, whipped cream, and maple syrup.

This aunt jemima coffee cake is a sure keeper. The apples around the cake carry most of the flavor and keep the cake moist. Without further due, let’s jump into this sweet and moist dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 1+1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 5 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups of Aunt Jemima Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 3/4 cup of milk
  • 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Step 1:

Start with preheating the oven. Heat it to 350F.

Step 2:

Get the baking pan. Spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3:

Let’s focus on the toppings now. Get a small bowl. Add 1 cup of cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, 1 and a half tsp of ground cinnamon, and combine well.

After that, add 5 tbsp of butter. Stir the mixture well enough to resemble coarse crumbs. Set it aside.

Step 4:

Let’s prepare for the cake now. Get a large bowl. Add 3 cups of aunt jemima coffee cake mix, or I should say just pancake and waffle mix, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and mix well.

Step 5:

Get another bowl. Add 1 cup of sour cream, 3/4 cup of milk, 3 tbsp of oil, 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, and combine well. After that, add this mixture to the dry ingredients.

Step 6:

Mix them well until the dry ingredients are moistened. Remember, the batter will be thick here.

Step 7:

Get the prepared pan. Spread the batter into the pan evenly. Place the pan into the oven and bake for around 30-35 minutes.

Check the cake with a toothpick to make sure if the cake is done or not.

Step 8:

Decorate the cake with the toppings.

Aunt Jemima’s Red Velvet Biscuits

These red velvet biscuits are much more underrated than any other biscuits, you say. Pair them with cream or cheese frosting, and you will know what a show-stopper really means. Let’s jump this aunt jemima biscuits recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1+1/2 cups of Aunt Jemima Pancake mix
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1+3/4 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp of red food coloring
  • 1 egg
  • 1+1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of cream cheese, softened

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

Start with the oven. Preheat it to 325F.

Step 2:

Get a small bowl. Add 1 and a half cups of pancake mix, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, and mix well. Set aside.

Step 3:

Get a large bowl. Add 3/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of butter and beat until it’s creamy. Now, add 1 tbsp of red food color and 1 beaten egg. Beat the mixture until well combined.

After that, add the pancake mix and beat on low speed until well combined. Now, just stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Step 4:

Take out the dough. Wrap it with a plastic wrapper and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 5:

Take out the dough. Shape the dough into 1- inch balls. Apart them from 2 inches between them on a baking sheet. Now, make an imprint in the center of each ball by pressing with your thumb.

Place the pan into the oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven. Let them cool down at room temperature.

Step 6:

Let’s focus on the cheese fillings. Get a bowl. Beat 1/4 cup of cream cheese, 2 tbsp of butter, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Combine them well in a mixer. After that, add 1 cup of granulated sugar. Mix until real smooth.

Step 7:

Spoon the cheese fillings into the imprints.
