It is mildly infuriating when you smell something that “Was” your dinner but “Is not” now. Alright, I have enough sympathy now. Let me mush it really quick and proffer you matey some amazing 12 hour crock pot recipes that I personally recommend. You don’t have to go to Bikini Bottoms for ingredients, I can assure you that.

Beef Stew Recipe in Crockpot:

It was 100 degrees F the other day, and the Good Lord bestowed His mercy upon the crockpot owners. This is one of my favorite the 8 hour crock pot meals that I enjoyed after a long summer day.

It is healthy, rich, tender, along with good fats and the most crucial thing, full of flavor. It is quite easy to prepare. Only cutting the beef in small cubes is where you are gonna use your muscle.

After that, we are gonna use our slow cooker 12 hours method, and here you go. Costly 12 hours is gonna bring you the perfect dish on an occupied summer evening.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of beef sirloin steak, 1-inch cube cuts
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp of ground black pepper
  • 3 cups of beef broth
  • 1 diced large onion
  • 2 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of baby carrots
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tsp of dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • Kosher salt to taste

Methods of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1:

I’ve gathered all of the ingredients. Now I am gonna heat the olive oil on a large pan over medium heat.

Step 2:

Summer season ain’t over yet. Neither the beef season. I am now seasoning the cubes with pepper and kosher salt to my taste and placed them on the pan. Cooking for just 2-3 minutes till you see the brownish appearing.

Step 3:

Getting it off. Now I have put them all into my crockpot along with baby carrots, onions, and minced garlic. Now, 3 cups of fresh beef broth are all I need. Something else? Like, a lot.

Step 4:

Tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, fresh thyme, rosemary, paprika, and some bay leaves are not out of my plan of course, silly. Mixing it well. Maybe adding kosher salts on the way.

Now what? Now cover up the evidence for a straight 8 hours, or you can add it to your cookbook as one of the 4 hour crock pot recipes if the heat is on high settings. Maybe doing some work or finishing up some movies will be accompanying you.

Step 5:

Hold on, sailor. All’s well that ends well. Getting a small bowl. Whisking up 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour with 1/2 cup of broth. You didn’t finish up the broth, did you?

Step 6:

Stir the mixture into the crockpot and hold on tight for another 20 minutes. Thickened? Yes. Smell? Pungent? Yes. Taste a bit? Noice.

Step 7:

Serve immediately and ravish the hunger immediately. Don’t forget to add the parsley for garnish.

Does it seem like one of the slow cooker recipes for two? Worry not, mate; it is enough. After all, sharing is caring.
