Methods of Preparing Cheesecake Factory Steaks Step by Step:

To Make the Teriyaki Sauce:

Step 1: Take a small saucepan and add ½ cup of soy sauce, ½ cup of granulated sugar, ¼ cup of water, 2 tbsp of marini, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Bring them to boil by reducing the heat to a simmer.

Step 2: Now, take a small bowl, and spoon out 2 tbsp of sauce, then mix in cornstarch.

Step 3: Return the liquid mixture to the saucepan, and keep simmering for 10 minutes or until the sauce gets thickens.

Step 4: When done, remove from heat, stirring in 1 tsp of honey. Set aside to let cool.

To Make the Hibachi Steak and Wasabi Potatoes:

Step 1: To prepare steak Diane cheesecake factory, take a large saucepan full of water and 3 tbsp of salt to boil.

Step 2: Add the 2 pounds of potatoes to parboil for 5 minutes. Drain them finely and let cool until you can handle them.

Step 3: In a medium mixing bowl, transfer the potatoes and pour 1 tsp of sesame oil, 2 tsp of wasabi paste, and a pinch of salt.

Step 4: Toss them finely to coat, then thread the potatoes onto the metal skewers horizontally.

Step 5: Prepare a gas grill with a temperature of 375 degrees F.

Step 6: Season the steak finely with salt and black pepper. Grease the grill rack, and place the seasoned steak over the preheated gas grill and continue grilling until they are well browned.

Step 7: Check the internal temperature of the steak with an instant-read meat thermometer whether the internal temperature is 165 degrees F or not.

Step 8: When completed, transfer the steaks covering with aluminum foil to a platter.

Step 9: Now, grill the prepared potatoes with medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until finely browned. Remove from heat, when they are completely tender, brown, and fragrant.

In order to slice against the grain, place the steak on a cutting board. Serve with the teriyaki sauce along with grilled potatoes.

Garnish with slices of scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Finally, enjoy your most special weekend night with a royal meal.
