For Yeast Dough:

Take a small pan. Heat milk into it to make bubbles form around the pan’s brink, now remove from heat.

Mix butter, salt, and sugar and whisk to dissolve butter, then cool it.

Now we will scatter yeast over water in a big dish; continue to stir to melt and then stir in lukewarm milk combination.

Mix the flour and the egg; blend with an electric mixer to ensure smooth.

Step 1

Cream together the sugar, butter, and salt on medium speed in an electric blender with a paddle. Beat the egg and vanilla extract to make it smooth. Then mix the yeast, milk, and flour.

Combine on low speed to form the dough a ball. Switch to the dough hook and raise the speed to medium (for about 15 to 20 minutes). You may have to mix a little flour or water while mixing to get this touch.

  • Pecans (Chopped 1/2 cup) 


Step 1

Take a small bowl. Melt the dry yeast in the warm water in the bowl (for 5 to 10 minutes). Take it away.

Step 2

Blend the unsalted butter, granulated, sugar, salt, and egg using the stand mixer with the paddle. Continue to combine. Add in the melted yeast combination, buttermilk, and all-purpose flour to ensure the right blend. Continue adding the remaining all-purpose flour (2 1/2-3 cups) to make it a lax dough form.

Step 3

Put the floured surface and soft dough in the bowl and squeeze it for 7 minutes to smooth. 

Step 4

If it is ready, put the dough into an oiled bowl, make sure all sides of the dough are well coated. Shield loosely with a fresh kitchen cloth and set in a warm, draft-free spot of your kitchen for an hour, or until the dough has doubled in size. 

Step 5

Here we will cut the roll into 12 equal sizes and put them into the pan cut side down on top of the pecan topping, ensuring leaving about a 1″ space in between each roll. Now shield loosely with a fresh kitchen cloth and set in a warm spot to make it sticky buns.

When it is ready, pre-heat your oven (375ºF). Now bake to make it golden brown. 

Permit the buns to cool for about 10 minutes before turning the pan over onto a large serving plate.
