Method of Preparing Step by Step:

Step 1: 

Take the biggest pot you have and place the washed red potatoes in the pot. Put one tablespoon of salt in the pot so that the potatoes get a little salty inside rather bland in taste.

Boil on medium high flame and until the potatoes are soft. Drain out the water and keep aside.

Step 2: 

Divide the potatoes into quarters and keep them in the largest bowl with a high edge. Now mix all the dry spices such as red pepper flakes, celery seeds, half teaspoon seasoned salt, and one fourth teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper.

Mix with a sturdy spatula folding them up and down. Incorporate the spices and the potato quarters properly. Mix the chopped hard boiled eggs with the potato mix.

Step 3: 

In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, chopped onions, peppers, celery, mustard, relish and jalapenos.

Now blend the dressing into the potato and egg mix. Garnish with paprika powder. Serve chilled or normal. Store in an airtight container for later use.

One Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

One Pound Macaroni

Nine Tablespoons Butter

Half Cup Muenster Cheese, Shredded

Half Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Half Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Half Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded

Two Cups Half and Half Cream

Eight Ounce Velveeta Cheese, Diced

Two Eggs, Hard Boiled and Diced

One Forth Teaspoon Seasoning Salt

One Eight Teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground

How to Make Patti Labelle Macaroni Salad:

Step 1:

Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:

Boil the macaroni in a large pot with one tablespoon of oil in. Or follow the instruction for boiling the macaroni. Drain well and return to the pot.

Step 3:

In a sauce pan melt eight table spoon of butter. Stir macaroni in the butter.

Step 4:

In a large bowl, mix all of the shredded cheeses.

Step 5:

Combine one and half cups of shredded cheeses, half and half cream, the diced cheese and the eggs, the seasoned salt and pepper with the macaroni. Keep aside

Step 6: 

Lightly butter a deep 2.5 quart baking pan. Keep it ready for the macaroni to cook in.

Step 7:

Transfer all the macaroni and cheese mix in that baking pan. Spread cheese on top of the casserole. Drizzle with the remaining one tablespoon of melted butter. 

Step 8:

Bake for thirty to thirty five minutes. Check if the edges are crusty or brown. If it’s coming off then take it out and cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
