Half a cup of rice wine vinegar

1⁄4 of a cup of vegetable oil

One teaspoon of sesame oil

One tablespoon of tomato paste

One pinch of sugar or sugar substitute

One pinch of salt

Half a teaspoon of honey

Dash of cayenne pepper

Two tablespoons of light soy sauce

Method of Preparing Makoto Dressing Step by Step:

Step 1: Prepare a blender. Wash and dry it.

Step 2: Get the gingerroot, chopped onion, tomato paste, salt, sugar, cayenne pepper and soy sauce into the blender. Close the lid and pulse the ingredients together a few times. 

Step 3: Now, take the lid off and pour the water, vegetable oil, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce into the mixture in the blender.

Step 4: Close the lid and blend in low speed until it forms into a smooth mixture.

Step 5: Take the mixture out of the blender and pour into a small bowl.
