Necessary Ingredients
Low Sodium Vegetable Broth 3 to 4 Tbsp
Tomato Paste 5 Tbsp
Smoked Paprika 1 Tbsp
Italian Seasoning 1 Tbsp
Uncooked Brown Rice 2 Cups (6 Cups Cooked)
Red Onion Diced 1 Medium
Bell Peppers Sliced 2 Large Sizes (or (1) 16 Oz Bag of Frozen Peppers)

Low Sodium Vegetable Broth 2 Cups
Garlic Cloves Minced 4 Pieces
Black Pepper ¼ Tsp
Cayenne Pepper ¼ Tsp (Add if More Needed)

Dried Parsley for Garnish 1 Tsp
How To Cook Vegan Sausage And Peppers With Rice
Step 1: First, start the recipe by cooking the rice. Try to cook rice in a separate pot so that while the rice is getting ready, you can prepare the whole meal simultaneously.
Step 2: Now, take 3-4 tbsp of vegetable broth ( you can add more if needed) in a large pan, add the diced red onion and saute. Keep the heat on in medium flame and saute until it gets soft and translucent.
